No more guitar-core for me. I’m cleaning house…
Mesa Boogie 3-channel Triple Rectifier (includes, footswitch + cable, power cable, speaker cable and case for the head):
Awesome condition, never had problems with it. Grill has negligible hair-thin scratches and tubes are stock (3 years old, but I used it infrequently and the tone is still great. Replace them if you wish.) Also, the head case is one of a kind. 6-ply? ply wood with metal handles, transparent red finish and a padded interior. Awesome condition and new ones will cost you hundreds more, and no bitchin’ carry-case. Do it.
---$1400---
Mesa Boogie 4x12 angle Recto cab:
280 Watts, 4 - Celestion Vintage 30 Speakers, Wired for Mono or Stereo, Track-Loc Casters, 8 Ohms Mono / 4 Ohms Stereo. Made of Birch wood, makes for clean yet slamming low end with focused highs and midrange tones. Inputs in great condition. Minor tolex scuffs, speakers in great condition - no tears. No problems ever. I’m seeing cabs like this on eBay in crappy condition selling for $800 used (including shipping fees), and new ones will cost you $800-850. You’re getting a good deal. This thing rules and is built like a tank so jump on it.
---$700---
ESP LTD H-301 w/ ebony strap locks and case (flat, Tele-style):
Very minor belt rash, might want to replace the pickup screws (little rust) and one pickup saddle (minor crack). Mahogany body, sexual transparent red finish, tune-o-matic floating bridge (traditional), ebony hardware. 24 frets, Neck-through for improved sustain, with EMG-HZ pickups (dark, beefy metal tone, but versatile if you want a big clean sound too), body style like this: www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=home/search/detail/base_pid/516682/
ESP discontinued the H-301 a few years, but they currently make the H-400 which is the same thing, with a different finish and different pickups (see link above). The H-400 new with case + tax will cost you a little over $800. Great condition, no problems ever. So, you get the fair price.
---$600---
SKB 8 Space Rack Case w/ tons of extra mounting screws:
All you will ever need and in mint condition. Built to military-specs, has some scuffs but it’s supposed to cause it’s a rack case! A new one with tax will run you at least $250 (what a waste). For your reference: www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=guitar/search/detail/base_pid/544608/
---$150---
Furman PL-8 Series I Power Conditioner + pull-out lights w/ power cable and mounting screws:
8 rear outlets with 2 pull-out lights and dimming knob. Has always provided reliable surge protection and cancellation of unwanted line noise. Never at any show have I had a Spinal Tap incident (refer to the army hangar scene). The current version of this model can be found here: www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=home/search/detail/base_pid/181301/
With tax, I paid $150 for it new. Still in mint condition.
---$100---
Korg DTR-2000 Rackmount Digital tuner w/ power cable and mounting screws:
Wowz! Read these features, it does everything but butter your toast:
www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=home/search/detail/base_pid/210514/
One rack unit space. A new one with tax will be $300.This one is used, but in immaculate condition:
---$225---
Middle-Atlantic 4-space Rackmount Drawer with mounting screws:
www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=guitar/search/detail/base_pid/549522/
New with tax costs about $110. Perfectly good, I added thin padding to the inside to protect your unmentionables:
---$65---
I’m on the peninsula.
